This is my first blog. I wanted to do it for quite some time. Fortunately, the holiday break gave me the opportunity to write something about my experiences and share them with others.
I hear everybody talking about the recession. Students are worried about the opportunities after their education. As i look into others, i find myself in the same groove. I am still struggling with what i actually want. But, i have decided to keep moving with a purpose.
I believe in Growing by Learning and Learning by Sharing. This is why i am here, scribbling my thoughts on the web.
As i already completed one milestone i.e. first semester of my life-changing 2 years in MBA, I met incredible people during this time i.e. people from different countries, different background and different culture, and everybody did left a lasting image in my mind. I learned invaluable lessons during my time in MBA, which will help me to be a successful entrepreneur (Winner in business world).
I realized the power of networking. As i met new people and talked to them, i learned new things. I tried to develop personal relationship with them so that i can connect to their network .
I also learneed new Business tools during this time. The statistical analysis and their application learned during various projects gave me first hand tool to disseminate any data and read through them.
I have always believed that effective communication keeps a good manager ahead of their peers.I practiced various communication skills to earn competitive advantage. I hope to improve more during the course.
These key aspects are relevant for every manager. This is also a long term process which grows with time and experience. One must work to improve on these continuously so that one can sell his ideas effectively to the audience.
